For a pet wellness products company, we designed and built a unified Business Intelligence panel, starting with a Figma design to define how the information should look and flow before building it.

We connected several separate data sources into a single panel, so the team stopped checking each system on its own and could see its key metrics from one place, with information that updates in real time.

The result is a unified view that helps the team make decisions on current data instead of scattered figures from separate tools, with a base ready to add new data sources and metrics as the business needs them. We paid particular attention to keeping the panel easy to read even as more sources were added to it over time. That focus on clarity is what makes the dashboard something the team actually opens every day, rather than a report nobody reads.
