About the project

Two.Zero designed and delivered an international marketing and project management lecture for CEA CAPA students, focused on negotiation techniques, persuasive communication and leadership under pressure. The session was built for a group of international students based temporarily in Barcelona, with content applicable to both academic projects and future professional settings.

The content combined project management and international marketing geared toward real-world execution, FBI-style negotiation techniques applied to business contexts and stakeholder alignment, practical public-speaking and persuasion tools, and defending ideas under pressure. Two.Zero closed the session by sharing its own framework for managing cross-functional innovation projects, followed by an open Q&A with the group. The engagement was a single conference-style lecture rather than an ongoing series of workshops.
