Certistrike

Certistrike is an MVP for a collaborative platform that captures and verifies real-time storm data, sitting at the crossover between climatetech and datatech, built with Figma, Firebase and FlutterFlow. Two.Zero designed and developed the product, enabling people to capture, geolocate and validate information straight from their phones, improving the quality and traceability of reports.

The system includes a user-and-points mechanism that encourages active participation and reinforces the reliability of the data collected. Two.Zero worked on the data-capture and validation architecture, the geolocation implementation, the points system and quality control, and an initial round of testing and optimisation on the MVP. The MVP was built ready for a later round of field validation with real users.

The MVP was first tested with a small group of users in a specific area before considering a wider rollout, which made it possible to spot friction points in the mobile capture flow and adjust the points system to better reflect each reporter’s real reliability.
