About the project
ChVmpion Mind Technology is a personalised app for coaching and personal-growth processes, powered by proprietary AI agents, sitting at the intersection of digital coaching and healthtech. Two.Zero built the platform around structured digital content, personalised documentation and tools linked to health and sport, in an experience that adapts to each user.
The system centralises accompaniment programmes, automates follow-up and scales mentoring processes efficiently. Two.Zero handled the app’s design and end-to-end development, the implementation of the AI agents, a custom backend architecture and UX/UI optimisation, leaving the platform ready to grow and evolve. On the technical side, the mobile app was built on Firebase and FlutterFlow, in line with the project’s platform-architecture scope. The medium-term goal is to add new AI agents specialised by coaching-programme type.
The first versions were tested with a small group of coaching users before widening access, which made it possible to fine-tune the AI agents’ tone and simplify the flow for adding new programmes.
