About the project
Droyz Toys is a B2C app that connects physical toys with interactive digital experiences, sitting at the crossover between entertainment tech and phygital. Two.Zero built the full app: users register and scan their toys to view them in digital environments, access augmented-reality experiences and manage NFT assets through OpenSea integration.
The solution includes a Firebase admin panel for managing users and the catalogue, built to give the business scalability and operational control. Two.Zero handled the complete mobile app development, the OpenSea integration and NFT management, the AR experience implementation, the Firebase backend and performance optimisation through to final deployment. The product was built so new toy collections can be added without structural changes to the app.
The scanning flow was tested against different toy models to ensure reliable recognition before launch, and the Firebase panel was designed so the Droyz Toys team itself could add new references without relying on Two.Zero for every catalogue update.
