About the project
We ran an in-depth user experience review of the Esquirol Actors website, a WordPress platform built for a professional community, to find where design and navigation were getting in the way of everyday use.
From that diagnosis, we redesigned key parts of the interface (UI) and reorganised the navigation (UX) so content was easier to find, and implemented the changes directly on WordPress without disrupting the site’s normal operation.
Alongside that, we automated web processes that had previously been handled manually, cutting down on repetitive tasks and leaving a tidier base for ongoing maintenance. The result is a site that is clearer to browse, faster to move around and easier to keep updated day to day. We prioritised each change by its real impact on the people using the site every day, rather than redesigning for its own sake, and documented the reasoning behind each decision for future reviews.
