About the project
We designed a centralized web agenda platform for Fundacion Acavall to replace its Excel-based scheduling system. The goal was to give the team clearer, real-time visibility across centers, therapists, sessions, reservations, hours, participants and impact reporting.
The platform was planned around calendar views, session management by center, month and therapist, therapist check-in and check-out, participant records, historical reporting and KPI dashboards. The solution helps reduce manual administration, improve coordination between teams and professionals, and provide clearer data around resources, participation and social impact.
