Gestmotor: Web development and digitalization of automotive procedures

We developed a web and mobile platform for Gestmotor to digitalize and centralize the management of procedures tied to the automotive sector, such as ownership transfers, vehicle registrations and other administrative documentation that used to run on paper.

We built the solution with FlutterFlow and Firebase, starting from a Figma design, and added user authentication, custom dashboards, task tracking and dynamic forms that adapt to each type of procedure.

To get there, we first mapped the team’s real workflows and translated them into clear digital journeys, so processes, users, forms and tasks are all managed from one environment. The result cuts down on paper and leaves day-to-day management clearer and easier to trace. Every screen was designed around the person actually filing the paperwork, not around the underlying database, so the everyday work would feel simpler.
