About the project
Two.Zero delivered artificial intelligence training for the Grupo FERRAN team, a real estate consultancy with offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Palma de Mallorca, aimed at turning AI into a practical day-to-day tool. We designed sessions tailored to their operations, grounded in real use cases: productivity, drafting and standardising communications, document generation and support for internal processes.
The training was geared toward accelerating adoption through best practices, templates and workflows, with a focus on efficiency, consistency and output quality, alongside governance and safe-use guidelines for AI in daily work. Two.Zero adapted the use cases to different departments within Grupo FERRAN, as part of its AI Solutions and Education practice. The engagement was framed as a first phase, leaving room for follow-up sessions based on the team’s actual adoption.
Each session combined a short explanatory part with hands-on exercises using real documents and communications from the team’s daily work, so participants left the training with templates and examples already applied to their own work.
