About the project
We developed a webapp focused on commission management for real estate operations, centralizing administrative, commercial, and financial processes in a single connected digital environment with various external tools and services.
The platform was built in FlutterFlow and Firebase, integrating payment systems via Unnax, accounting tools such as Holded, commercial CRM with HubSpot, digital signatures with Signaturit, and automated notifications via OneSignal. We also developed the administrative environment and the digital structure of the platform to optimize the management and automation of internal processes.
Our scope covered digital strategy, UX/UI design in Figma and development in FlutterFlow, with Firebase as the backend. External services were connected through API integrations so that payments, accounting, CRM, signatures and notifications run as automated processes, on a structure designed to scale.
