Laboratorios Ximart: Email-to-ERP Order Automation for ABAS-Based Operations

We automated Laboratorios Ximart’s order intake workflow to make the processing of incoming email orders more structured, traceable and efficient. The client received orders in multiple formats, including PDFs, Amazon orders, Excel files, images and other documents, which required manual interpretation before being prepared for ERP entry.

The automation reads incoming order emails, extracts the relevant order data and generates an Excel file for human validation before moving the information toward ABAS. The workflow also tracks which emails have been processed and which still require attention. The ERP integration path was prepared to support either ABAS API integration or an import-based workflow, depending on the most efficient route.

The automation was designed to work across those different input formats rather than assuming a single order template, reading each email and preparing the data for ABAS ERP. It also tracks which emails have already been processed and which are still pending, so nothing gets lost between the different formats arriving each day.
