About the project
We developed the conceptual design and interactive MVP of Ludowork, a gamified digital platform aimed at transforming daily work into a more visual, motivating, and measurable professional growth experience.
The project focused exclusively on the UX/UI design and Figma prototyping of the platform, defining the digital experience, user flows, and visual structure of the product. We designed functionalities related to gamification, dashboards, skill trees, and professional progression to validate the interaction and experience of employees, managers, and administrators before a future development phase.
The work fell under our digital line as a UX/UI and Figma prototyping project, scoped to design validation ahead of any future technical development. We also shaped the data visualization layer, turning progress and skill metrics into dashboards that are easy to read at a glance.
