About the project
We designed an artificial intelligence training program for Lyreco, aimed at helping teams understand, adopt, and effectively use AI tools in a practical, secure, and business-oriented way.
The program combines foundational concepts, hands-on workshops, and practical exercises covering AI fundamentals, ChatGPT, prompting techniques, automation, generative AI tools, and responsible AI practices. As a final activity, participants take part in an AI Hackathon based on real business challenges, transforming knowledge into practical solutions that can be applied in their daily work.
Beyond the core curriculum, the program introduced tools such as ChatGPT, generative AI applications, and automation platforms including Make and n8n, alongside voice agents and AI providers like OpenAI and Anthropic. Sessions were structured as a full learning program, combining conceptual grounding with hands-on practice so teams leave with methods they can reuse, not just a one-off talk.
