Neomedic International: Email Order Automation with Excel Validation and ERP Preparation

We developed an order processing automation for Neomedic International, designed to reduce the manual work involved in handling customer orders received by email. The solution was built to automatically read incoming order emails, extract the relevant order and customer information, structure the data for validation, and prepare it for the next stage of the ERP workflow.

The implementation focused on creating a reliable validation workflow that kept the team in control while eliminating repetitive data preparation tasks. Order information was organized in Excel for review before ERP processing, and the solution was connected to the team’s shared operational documentation and knowledge base, providing a scalable foundation for future API-based or import-based ERP integration.

The automation runs on the Autonex platform and reads incoming order emails directly, structuring customer and product data in Excel so the team can review it before it moves into the ERP. Keeping a human review step in Excel was a deliberate choice, so the team retains control over the data before it reaches the ERP workflow.
