About the project
We created an AI-powered coaching platform for Olacoach, with our own conversational agents designed to guide users through structured coaching journeys and keep the experience consistent from one session to the next.
The web app runs on custom AI agents that we trained on the client’s own content and coaching documentation, so conversations follow its methodology rather than generic scripts, and we designed the interface itself so the experience feels approachable and personal rather than clinical.
We also integrated the platform with mental health and sports tracking apps, so emotional and physical data feed directly into each user’s coaching journey, and built the APIs needed to connect every piece into one coherent product that Olacoach’s team can keep evolving on its own, without coming back to us for every small change.
