R’Difusion – AI Voice and WhatsApp Assistant for Salon Appointment Operations

We designed Marta for R’Difusion as an AI voice and WhatsApp assistant connected to salon appointment workflows, customer communication and operational visibility. The goal was to help the team manage customer inquiries more efficiently, reduce missed calls and avoid interruptions during salon treatments or office operations.

The assistant was designed to answer conversationally, check appointment availability across centers, support booking requests, maintain context between phone and WhatsApp, and escalate sensitive cases to the team when needed. It also supports commercial flows such as haircare product recommendations and purchase link sharing, while giving the team visibility through a dashboard for calls, conversations, metrics and activity.

Marta runs on the Flow platform and reaches customers over both voice and WhatsApp, keeping context between the two channels so a conversation that starts on the phone can continue by message. Beyond appointments, the assistant supports light commercial flows such as haircare product recommendations, while a dashboard gives the team visibility into calls, conversations and activity across centers.
