R’Difusion – Email-to-ERP Invoice Automation

We designed an automation solution for R’Difusion capable of automatically processing invoices received via email, extracting relevant information through AI, and preparing the data for integration with Flow. The goal was to reduce the financial team’s manual workload, accelerate invoice processing, and improve traceability across the entire operational flow.

The solution automatically reads incoming emails, identifies invoice and product data, generates Excel files in the format required by Flow, and applies a validation layer for fields that require manual review. It also incorporates full process traceability, making it possible to track the status of each invoice, access the original email, and facilitate coordination between the operations and finance teams.
