VerifyGo: Jobsite Safety and Asset Management Platform

We took part in the development of VerifyGo, a multi-tenant jobsite safety and asset management platform built for construction and industrial crews, the supervisors who lead them and the office teams who support both. The platform brings the paperwork that governs a working site, including permits, Job Safety Analyses, inspections, incident records and daily reports, into a single system that records who did what, when and under whose authority, and that produces a signed, branded PDF of permits, JSAs, inspections, out-of-service records and daily reports on demand.

The project focused on the design and development of a cross-platform experience for Android, iOS, web, macOS and Windows from a single codebase, organised around the working day on a job site. We worked on role-based access for seven user roles with company registration and invite codes, QR-labelled asset registration and checklist-driven inspections, out-of-service records with supervisor clearance, permits, Job Safety Analyses with crew sign-in, incident capture, daily reports and certifications, as well as dashboards for each role and an append-only audit log.

The work was framed in our digital line, contributing the product architecture and multi-platform development of the app with FlutterFlow and Supabase, along with UX/UI design, encrypted QR identification, a branded PDF engine with report bundling, Google and Apple sign-in and Stripe customer provisioning.
