About the project
We developed an automation solution for Vimasterkey’s inventory control integrated with their ERP workflow. The project aimed to help the team manage inventory information more consistently, reducing repetitive manual tasks and improving the reliability of operational processes.
The system supports the inventory control flow within the ERP, better structuring inventory information and facilitating daily management. The solution focused on improving operational consistency, increasing visibility over stock levels, and reducing the manual effort associated with inventory processes.
The automation was built on Autonex and connects directly into the ERP/CRM workflow, so stock movements are captured and structured without the team re-entering data by hand. The focus was on inventory automation and workflow automation specifically, keeping the existing ERP as the system of record while removing the repetitive steps around it.
