Education initiatives for every stage of a career
We teach, we connect and we amplify. Each initiative stands on its own, and together they open doors for students, professionals and founders.
The four run independently but share one aim: moving knowledge between the people who have it and the people who need it next. Universities and companies bring us in to teach, junior professionals meet the teams hiring them, and founders get a stage and an audience.
Lectures
Training, workshops and conferences for universities, companies and professionals.
Formats range from hands-on sessions and hackathons to semester-long university courses combining theory, real cases and applied projects. Recurring areas include entrepreneurship and innovation, communication and public speaking, leadership and teamwork, employability, artificial intelligence, project management and Agile, negotiation and sales, and productivity.

We connect junior talent with the companies that need it.
The programme runs in two sessions: a diagnosis of where and why the relationship between leaders and junior professionals breaks down, then concrete tools to improve communication, involvement and collaboration between generations.

Pitch & Shark
Startups pitching live to investors and to an audience.
The format is produced in Barcelona and has already run in more than 10 countries. Founders get direct feedback on the business, live investment decisions, mentorship from people who have sat on both sides of the table, and an episode they can use.
